you should all get on it.. the more the food gets out the more popular this thing gets...

we are in the works on actually opening a Texas style BBQ resturant, My wife is a chef and owns part of a very popular gastro pub and I have competed and worked in BBQ joints in Dallas for a long time. There is no competition in Lincoln for BBQ, I think it would be a great thing and hopefully by next summer it will be on. We are also thinking about trying to somehow get a competition up here. I would love to see a storm hit the UK of BBQ........ instead of rain for a lil bit
