Hey Chuck, welcome aboard. Im from Texas as well, Dallas. Im now living over in the UK (lincoln) with my wife but currently over in afghanistan. Can wait to get back home and throw some pig on the smoker but for now stuck with..... whatever soupy gruel or dry meated stuff they have us eating .
