found the same with a pork roast (preped shoulder) I done. I'll have to invest in one of those meat slicers for sandwiches, etcSteve wrote:I find that the smoke flavour develops when poultry goes cold. I much prefer smoked chicken or turkey a day later sliced up for butties.
