So no sleep for Adie then.
Thats what he's got kids for
Amazing forward planning that 13 years in advance of getting his Jambo he knew he'd need Jamie the log feeder

Re: Our new smoker.
Cheers Al, and thanks for pointing that out Ed!
You may have a point there Steve.... "Jamie.."
I believe the cook time is around 8 hours for a 6 kilo brisket which would mean fire up would be around 03:00 ish. Again, it's all experimenting at the minute. But based on my chats with Marshall Cooper, Rob Marrion and Jamie Geer my results from the weekend are consistent with the American woods in terms of BTU's.
That will all change with meat in the cooker. But this learning bit is part of the fun

Re: Our new smoker.
I have it booked in with two firms, one is a nottingham based firm that custom manufacture bra's and the other is Keighley based caravan cover firm that will make a storage cover for her.
My problem is I have no spare time to get things done any until after Brisket hand in weekend after next.
Ideally I would like the bra to be transparent. Hopefully it will get done for mid June.
