The event itself for the public is only Saturday but the teams can start cooking on the Friday.

Ok. Well that's good to discover as it means I have to take a day off work. The IBQN site just says its on saturday, I hadn't noticed that it didn't say sunday.

yeah but having started a comp at 7pm on a saturday before let me tell you it is not conducive to success!

Ok seen it, need to change that heading as its for the public rather than the teams. Its correct on the entry page so two out of three aint bad!
