Found 'Cured Salt Beef Brisket' in Costco today

Good old British Beef, you can't beat it! Of course Brisket is the American BBQ favorite but recipes for any cut are welcome here.

Ok I've just downloaded a business invoice template from microsoft, I'm off to bookers tomorrow. Hopefully I won't end up in the clink where I'm pretty sure they don't serve pulled pork and brisket on regular basis.

Worst comes to the worst, just take note of someone elses number - I lost my card years ago. I tell the receptionist the number to log in (most people seem to have forgotten their cards in brighton!) and I give it to the guy at the till - I read it off my phone and have never had an issue
