It is called a fatty and this particular one is wrapped around beef mince and cheese, creating a Bacon Cheeseburger. You should google the Bacon Explosion for the ultimate version.

I just wanted to post to say that I now won't be able to attend in August. My wife and I have agreed that it will be best for her to stay home to look after our daughter full time. As such she has left her job and money will be tight. I was really looking forward to meeting you all, but I will continue to practice for next year.
