Love that Baby, got seven like siblings at my house, and have to feed them regular!
Costs me a fortune in Meat and charcoal, worth every penny.

B+Q or Homebase do 21.5 in racks for £5 ish, they fit fine and work a treat in a Weber 57 if you want the grate lower to the charcoal.

I bought a big BBQ for donor parts and the top grill was from that, the second grill cost me about £5 I think, it's just some weldmesh from the local steel merchant and then I marked out the size of the original grate with a marker before cuting it with a grinder

The BBQ I bought cost £50, which was half of the whole build, gutted because about a month later ASDA had a 57cm one for £30.... :oops:
