You can cook winning Q on a bullet Clair, no reason to worry about that. We know guys in the US who prove that every week.

The most important thing to remember is it's not the cooker it's the cook so keep clipping along with your ProQ and turning out top quality grub.

Nice to see you acknowledge its the cook not the cooker!! I remember many a thread where you say the cooker makes a big difference ie pellet poopers!

Note to Clair & Lee, you guys did exceptionally well. A couple of teams with bullets do well in the states, it would just be a case of adding, when you can, additional items like a stoker to help out.
