the show was great... i was wetting myself with the commentary, mainly because Ive heard all the comments before, aimed at me (arent we all a little obsessed with the joys of smoking, trying to find what we can smoke next?!?!) . David lamb does the voiceover, I think he is usually pretty funny, but he needs characters and material and boy has he got characters and material this week!

It takes big cojones..... big porky cojones to go on TV and do that stuff, especially something different, and they do stitch you up. The Wife went on a TV show and was treated to that same editing, luckilly it was aired on some backwater satellite channel and not Channel 4.

Well done Simon.

It does look as though you mightve called in sick for the rest of the week???

Well done.

Given that the idea of the programme is to take the piss out of everyone, you came across very well.

A shame they didn't say more about the taste and quality of the food.

Simon just finished watching it on Sky+. I just have to repeat what everyone else have said, I massive well done from me and it was great to see your passion for low and slow. Bit worried about Richard and was very shocked that the producers/director let him get away with what he did, let alone be on the programme.

Simon,
Top work, especially serving the vegetarian, bun plus slaw would have been my offering.

It came up at lunch today and I confess I basked in your reflected glory...."yes, that was my old mate Cider Pig, top chap he is too" Probably stretching our friendship a tad in that we have never met!! Apologies for this.......

Top work though, always knew voice over chappie would have a field day but thought he was funnier than he was mean.

Hope you are working out exactly what sort of BBQ goodies you are going to spend your grand on,

Cheers
Tiny
