overpriced in my opinion. Haven't done a side by side test but couldn't detect anything that was unqiue to them (food taste wise) so wouldn't bother with them again.

They are supposed to be from JD barrels, didn't notice much if any difference but the smell on opening the bag was nice
If I want Bourbon flavour I use Mr Raichlens Bourbon Brine which does impart a subtle hint

Just experimenting a little. I've just put some baby backs on with my new home made smokenator (you'll laugh).
