Bought these bad boys - not so sure how much I should use with a standard rub though*..

Oh, and these will be illegal to sell/import/export from the UK Feb 2012.

Jeez! 16,000,000 Scoville rating! years ago I had some "Pure Cap" - capsaicin in veg oil and that was rated at 500,000 Scoville units....this was plenty hot enough!

On another note, Tescos (here in MK anyway) are selling Dorset Nagas

Nice Extract. You would have to be soo carfull how much you used, would be infinitesimal!!

I use a 1,500,000 Schoville chilli sauce and seriously a teaspoon full in a 4 litre chilli is pretty warming. Its made from habs and extract.

Just to let you know you can still get these vials for 12 quid each. Illegal to buy from next month so get them while you can. I may get another couple to save as birthday presents.

My stuff arrived yesterday, well packaged but I feel swindled!!!! Only 15,000,000 SCU not 16,000,000 I mean that's 1,000,000 SCU. They do do a sauce with 15,000,000 SCU but I chickened out and just got the "Mild" one. I love their insistance that you dip a cocktail stick in and add that to a sauce to try before adding too much.

UPDATE

The Heart Throb (allegedly the mildest of the 3 sauces) is hotter than Nando's Black bottle sauce according to my daughter. The bottle is an attractive heart shaped design ideal for those with over-the-top chilli-heads as a loved one for Valentines Day
