Hello everyone!

I have enjoyed reading all about bbqing on this site for a few weeks so I thought it was time to become a member!

As you can probably guess from my name I am a farmer and I am hoping to try low and slow cooking on some of my

animals!

I am in the process of building a smoker from scratch so what I read on this site is very useful.

I look forward to many future discussions.

Farmer James

Hi Farmer Dude.
Just make sure anything cooked low and slow should be dead first, put a fence around smoker

Only joking, hi and welcolme to the most interesting site i have found for years, their are hundreds of ideas here, I am new here too but feel part of the family and fellowship of bbqers, i think i might start a new faith, we could have a BBQ GOD!

Anyway happy reading and happy days

I'm liking this idea. I too preach at the pulpit weekly and kneel at the alter of the ashpan frequently. I've had the baptism of fire at the competitions and just need to hail the mother of all BBQ's.

Welcome to the Forum Farmer Jim, what livestock do you keep?

Cheers

Adie
