I popped in to Waitrose earlier in the week and was very pleased to find that they were selling racks of loin ribs! Apart from the butchers I could online get these via Waitrose online. Anyway I promptly bought a few and they went on the WSM this morning.
Ready to rinse and rub - a sprinkle of butt-rub, salt, pepper and soft brown sugar.

Two hours in..

Have put a few spuds on there and as a test, an onion!
Update photos to follow..

Sounds good. Got some buffalo wings smoking at the moment, and the ribs will go on in a couple of hours.
I love the smell of smoke.

Let me know how they turned out - I would like to try some wings on the smoker myself.

Fab results with wings, sorry no pics. Use Anchor bar sauce on the hard to find section. from Esselle.
Cut wings up.
Made double amount of sauce
Pour half over wings
Marinde for over two hours
Smoke with with marinde suace on for an hour over wood of choice
When needed deep fry for a coulple mins untill crisp and pour remaining suace over the top
yum yum

That sounds great - smoking and then deep frying. Wow, I'm getting hungry at the thought!

I buy those ribs from Waitrose sometimes. They are good for the money but there the worst examples of shiners ive ever seen in my life! For about £2.80 a rack though it's all good.
