Hi, I'm John from Glasgow.
Happy to have found this forum. I love BBQs, Grills and really hot sauces and rubs.
Sadly the Glasgow weather doesnt really suit BBQing lol but good to see there is a BBQ scene in the UK . Glad I found this forum.

I don't suppose you've found a good local supplier of smoking wood? I'd like to find somewhere I could buy it locally, in chunks, rather than buy small packets online.
