long beef ribs

this is my planed cook for next i am going to cook the the 3-2-1 method but would like some flavoring ideas some thing with a bit of a kick i am thinking .

and should i be posting this here or in the recipes part ?

3-2-1 is normally used for pork spare ribs, not sure thast would work so would be interested to hear aout how you get on.

With the rub, i use brisket rubs as the meat has a simillar flavour and this works well.
