Brilliant idea, but don't you have to get it up to some ferocious temps???? Good luck, seasoned & smoked chicken, blasted to crispness in a tandoor!!!

My Neighbour cooks in an Indian kitchen and says his Tandoor oven is lit almost 24/7 and the air intake is pumped through with an electric air pump to maintain temps of 700F and upward to 900F lol

Anything in that will certainly be crispy Mmmmmmmm chicken kebabs on skewers
