i use iGrill and it is a pretty good app for grilling that i have been using for quite some time now although i like going through the app store every once in a while as there are a lot of apps that gets posted overnight so i try them every once in a while to check if its worth buying full versions. I have yet to discover a good app that's really gonna last on me.

nice work. I'd be interested in a version for commercial BBQ cooking. The EHO WOULD LOVE IT.

As it is fully customisable it can have any data fields you wish, so if you wanted to track commercial cooks this could be done. I just chose these fields and options as it is what suited me. I will see if I can get a list up
For instance you could have fields like, cost of meat, uncooked weight, yield/servings and takings. If you use a mac or iOS devices give me a shout and I will try and get you started if you like.
