Hi
I'm John. Just joined up. I have been cooking bbq for years.
Currently have a gas grill. A couple of smaller portable gas bbq's and a Pit Master.
I love slow cooking joints and birds but burgers are my favorite.

I am UK based but born in OZ.
Mmmmmmm, pulled pork is one i always fall for and i do love ribs as well. And beef joints and chicken and salmon......
