Dirty bone in Ribeyes, the video

Hi Guys,
this is my first attempt at a video for my website, had a go with the Dirty bone in ribeyes.
Would love to know what you think.
Was a bit of a nightmare, cooking taking pictures and videoing all by myself, lots of running around.
The frontier made the job easier, as when things started to flare up, I just popped the lid on.

Cheers
Marcus

I shouldn't be salivating at this time in the morning, does my digestion no good at all. Nice video may I congratulate you on not having some cheesy music in the background, this meant we could actually here what you had to say. I believe the terminology in those far flung parts of the UK is " Proper Job" :D

Good vid. Think you could have done with a shot or two showing the steak in the kettle on the coals. Not sure the use of the phrase "Dirty bone in" will necessarily get you the type of viewer you are after....

A good job indeed - but yes, you need a cameraman to get different shots/angles. Also dispense with the fades between scenes :-)

Thanks guys, really appreciate your comments, definitely thinking of taking BBQ up to the dizzy heights of M&S style food prawn ;)
I'd love a proper cameraman, but only have myself, my wife is a technophobe.
I just set the camera up on the tripod, but yes will try some different angles.
Cheers
