We were into the blue bag, but then we bought a load of them that were terrible.
The big K ACH15 stuff is more reliable, I now have half a pallet in my garage:

I also bought some of the BCH15 (boxed stuff; less good, according to the flier, but more even sizes - they all seem identical) and the briquettes, which are (apparently) identical compressed charcoal with no additions. I'll post my findings on these two - curious to see how they stack up.
And got some kiln dried pizza logs too, which are great in the kamado joe for pizza!
