Thought I would get round to joining, I've been reading the forum for quite a while !
I'm from Glasgow and have been smoking ribs on my normal Weber kettle, using the 2 zone indirect cooking method, for about a year now. Anyways, my WSM 22.5 inch just got delivered yesterday so I thought it was an apt time to get involved. Today, I'm going to build it and get some coals and wood on to give it some coating, should be fun, its pishing it down here !

Will do guys ! Just put it together, only gripe so far is that the steel door doesn't seem to fit snugly and airtight around the drum body...
Re: Hey Guys
Hi! Welcome
I haven't got myself a WSM yet, but I've seen a few people using the Cajun Bandit steel door mod for it, perhaps that'd help with the fit? If not I'm sure a hammer would do the trick
