Learned chums,
I am musing on a "nut smoking" session, stop with the childish sniggering, never done it before can I use any nut and apply hot smoke ie salted cashews / peanuts etc or do they need to be naked nuts? stop it.....


Any wise words welcoem, i may post a topic on plums later......

We smoke salted peanuts for about 30mins. Hot or cold. Put them in a foil tray pierced with some holes. Make a great appetizer.
