Good old english mix grill

Out curiosity, had anyone tried to smoke a mix grill? Sausage bacon liver black pudding lamb n pork chop? Just wondered how it went on? Im tempted to try it out

Sorry, the thought does not appeal apart from the bacon. I'm not sure the black pudding would take on much flavour?

You're probably right about the black pudding. I think once my smoker has been built I'll give it a try and see how it goes.

If you want to go the whole way, mushrooms cold smoke well I'm told, and as for the egg if you use a proper yorkshire pudding tray NOT a muffin tin, the you can "fry" your eggs in the hot smoker :D (that's what I use on the bbq for old fashioned mixed grill or anyone who wants eggs with their burgers rather than use a skillet and a ring.)
