Hey
does anyone know where I can get heat deflecting under-gloves - not sure what to call them. I've seen people wear these white gloves under latex disposable food safe gloves and use them to pull pork.

cheers

Ben

HI Ben, I know the ones you mean, Rod used them over the weekend, they arent actually heat deflecting, they just act as an additional barrier. Will look through my noted to see if he mentioned where he got them.

Were they perhaps silicone oven gloves? I have a pair of those. Pretty useless for the oven, but I can see them being useful to pull pork.

I have a pair of Steve Raichlen food handling gloves, but Cyderpig has some marigold thermal resistant gloves he got from flea-bay so he should be able to give you the details when he pops on later

Hi All
Got bought some Marigolds called Astroflex.
They are the dogs do dahs, food safe and good to 250c.
Pull Pork, move grates, wash and do it again.
