British BBQ Society Forums

Just out of curiosity, has any one or is anyone making a living from grilling or smoking? Either in a shop/van/or events? The reason I ask is because im trying to see if its worth my time building something up over a period of time and slowly turn it into a business.

There are several member here who offer a service for events etc and at least one John at the BBQ shack who has two outlets in Brighton. There have been a few topics recently about doing it for a living so may be worth while making a coffee and searching around.
