Okay folks, my sister has aimed her globe trotting adventures to this parts of the US of A and would like some ideas of any good BBQ restaurants. Usually she and her daughters bike it on Harleys but this year have forked out for a camper so they could pull over and sleep off the effects of good Q.
She was in Memphis for the Harley ralley last year and just missed out the Pig Fest Comp, however she didn't like Memphis style ribs preferring hers sauced & glazed Please bear that in mind when putting forward your selsction. Fussy, well maybe but she's got to put up with me as a brother
