GMG Danny Boy.......

Post by tommo666 »

I am contemplating my next smoker and i'm looking at the GMG Daniel Boone. I want the 'Exocet of grills, the cruise missile of smokers'. I want to fire and forget. Will the DB provide BBQ Pron? or should i stick with the proQ. Your thoughts please.....

Hi,
Having read a lot on these they sound like fido's plums and well worth the cash, but I think you are under egging the pudding, I rather like the sound of the Daniel Boon "big pig rig", which to use your military analogy is the intercontinental depleted uranium nucleay missile of a BBQ........

Good luck getting the purchase plan around the significant other! :)

Cheers
Tiny

Yes, that will be the first hurdle. I think it will involve a severe thinning of the herd, the offset and frontier will have to go..

Just been looking at their website with big, child-like eyes.

http://www.yodersmokers.com/chisholm-trailer.html

I want one of these. I have nowhere to put it, not enough people to cook for and I could never afford it. But still. Imagine how good it would make Tesco Value "pork" sausages taste!!

Sorry no matter how great the smoker/cooker how talented the pitmaster or chef it would take buckets of Sooty's Magic Ooofle Dust to make Tesco Value sausages taste edible let alone good ;)
