African Ribs?

I've noticed they call different cuts of meat some funny things at Bolams. They where down from £7 odd to 99p so thought I'd give them a bash. I rubbed them and give them 2 hours at 250f, tried the tooth pick thing and it slid through quite easy. Wrapped them with butter, the've been in about a half hour, I'll leave them the same again and see what they're like. I'll post the finished ribs whether they're any good or not.
