Hi im Aaron, 26 from just outside Brighton.
I have been smoking meat since april and loving every minute of it.
I got the hook after a trip to the states and thought to myself its time to step up the BBQing.
For my first time i did a brisket, pork belly and ribs, They all turned out fantastic.
I've done more brisket, pork belly and ribs since and have also done chickens, ducks, chicken wings and thighs and also did a 2.5lb piece of rib eye the other day.
Im using a Proq frontier and have found it fantastic, I have already added another section to it for more room.
I have been making my own rubs, marinades, brines and sauces, since day one and have found them a lot nicer that any shop bought sauce out there.
Currently looking for some top quality BBQ tools now as most out there are flimsy even the webber ones.
Anyway that enough about me.
