Anybody know anywhere good to order some English Oak or Apple wood? I'm looking for seasoned logs for an offset Q.

I live about five mins from him, and have just picked my fourth box, really pleased. Paul and I had a good natter today- he's an ex met plod and gave up a few years ago, used to supply hardwoods to Bodeans until a few years ago.

Http://www.druidswood.co.uk/ - the stuff I've bought from here has bloody big pieces in the bag, more like bits of firewood than just chunks to throw on for flavour. I can post some pics if you'd like to see

I think I'm looking for the larger pieces as I don't want to be burning tons of charcoal or briquettes and use wood for the heat and smoke so long as the wood is well seasoned. has anyone used Wildwoods charcoal crom the Coppice Association?
