How many people could i cook for using the 57cm OTP if i cooked a 2kg pork shoulder the night before
And say 4 racks of ribs durin the day leaving the grill for use to just do sausages, burgers and chicken wings/thighs etc?

I know it's a bit of an open ended question but just a rough idea?

Thanks
Andy

If they are Rugby League player, maybe 3 or 4, if they aren't who knows. It depends on how much food you want to give them. It's a matter for experimentation. How much can you eat?

Hi,
Andy would try and take all the stress out of the whole affair with those numbers, would do the pork the week before, sauce and stock and freeze, ribs am and then keep warm and then only do the grill items. Even so for me that would be far too many for just the Weber.

I would do the wings on a hot smoke roast in the landmann, ribs on the weber and all grilling would be on the gas outback as unless you can get a 3 zone grilling sausage on charcoal is just a hassle I can live without. The big gas could also then be used for keeping stuff warm.

The mad folk on here would probably do butts overnight, ribs in the morning and then do a 4 four stint on flip and roll, personally this is as appealing as shaving my head with a cheese grater whilst chewing on tinfoil......

Best of luck whichever route you choose,
Cheers
