Hello,

I've been a barbecuer for a lot of years, not doing anything special except feeding family and friends several times per summer. But I tried my hand at smoking a couple of years ago, and I love it! It's been a real break through as far as my old love of cooking and eating is concerned.

Anyway, I hope I'll catch up with a few of you later.
