Just a quick intro..

The last couple of summers I've been using a weber kettle bbq to do a bit of smoking on, ribs mainly..

I've just finished a build on a UDS which will hopefully take over smoking duties this summer..

Great site, looking forward to making the most of it!

Welcome to the site good to see the Berkshire crew growing (and there will be a few restaurants for us to try soon enough as well)

I've seen there is one opening soon in Bracknell which will hopefully be worth a visit. Are there more as well
