Hello guys

Just stumbled across this forum on my lunch break today!

I have always loved to bbq but only recently did a friend of mine who was on a team at Grillstock introduce me to smoking and his Pro Q Excel and after the first cook i am hooked.

I am now keen to get into smoking and also on the look out for a decent 2nd hand smoker - ideally a frontier or Excel but anything similar you can recommend would be a big help.

my email is pmrichardson@gmail.com

Many Thanks

Paul

Hello and welcome. Second hand bullet smokers do come up but a quicker investment maybe be a kettle bbq from weber, they can be had for £80 and are more than capable of doing low and slow. If you get on with it and like it you can then buy a bullet smoker and still have the kettle for grilling. Just my thoughts anyway.

I have only picked up my smoker this year and am loving my little ProQ Frontier. Done quite a few low n slow cooks now and am loving the results. Good luck on your quest and keep us posted.
