Hi.
I've lurked here for a wee while, & have finally decided to sign up.

Thank you for the warm welcome JEC.
I have just got through utislising my WSM to make some wild-boar biltong, (jerky). Turned out not bad at all. Pork sheet ribs scheduled for the weekend.
