Hi Everyone
I'm looking to cook some buffalo shorties for my Birthday in September, I have done the usual search of the internet for advice but with out much success, I have found various forum discussions but none in great detail. Was wondering If anyone out there has cooked them before and if you might have any advice e.g. internal temps to aim for, when and if to foil them etc.
I will be cooking them at 225f and will not have any time constraints so will be having a nice lazy no pressure cook for a change.
