Hello from Hitchin!

Post by a1sco »

Hi All,

I've been hooked on this BBQ/smoking business since my wife foolishly let me cook the christmas turkey on the BBQ last year... Fortunately it wasn't too bad... So now I have license to grill

Hi from Welwyn Garden City

Im always in Hitchin as I use the tile shop there for my products.
I did my first xmas turkey on my Pro Q xmas just gone, mum said they had no other meat ready so no pressure, luckily it turned out fine.

Great site here with loads of help and advice.

Hello. I'm over in Letchworth. Have you got yourself a dedicated smoker? Haven't tried the butcher there (normally I go to Baldock). Would be interested to learn about the quality of the shoulders and rib racks you source though.
