Hi from Sheffield

Hi All

In our house we are all outdoor cooking enthusiasts, even in the depths of winter most meat will be done outside. We put much effort into our BBQ's and outdoor eating so hopefully we will get both info and inspiration from the forum.

Our outdoor facilities include gas bbq for day to day cooking, a smoker and brick pizza oven. The gas bbq will be replaced this week with a Meteor 4 now the UK stocks are in and the deals starting to flow, also before the summer the Brinkman smoker will go and a decent charcoal kettle BBQ will take its place (researching the charcoal BBQ is how I found this forum).

Our larger BBQ's may have 20 or so guests, involve days of marinading & prep, and at the end we are knackered but we know everone has had their fill of great grub.
