Post by mike.read »

Hi all, ive been smoking just about anything for about 3 years. So much i burnt the fire box out of my first offset smoker.
Ive just finished building a new one, made from a 47 kg lpg bottle for the chamber and 19 kg bottle for the fire box. Its all seasoned and ready to go....
Roll on the weekend :D

Fresh meat straight from the farms, mountain reared lamb, free range pigs, goats pretty much anything from my local farm, less than 5 minutes drive
