Hi guys
I'm just waiting for my delivery of a Kamado Joe classic, in the meantime I thought I would get ahead of the game and research some recipes and ideas so I can get cracking straight away.
I'm based in Brentwood, so if anyone can point me in the direction of some good butchers to get some decent cuts of meat that would be great.
