Yes the British Spring time is upon and this can only mean one thing...ITS TIME TO BBQ!!!

I don't visit this site much during the winter months as all my equipment is put away.

I was just wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere to get logs from and good quality charcoal for low and slow smoking.
