Hello everyone , recently joined so sorry if this is a repetition but was wondering where you all buy your wood from? I live in Essex and would like Oak, Apple and Cherry. Was looking online but got a bit confused in the end, do garden centres do it? Thanks.

I get my wood from
http://www.bbqsmokingwood.co.ukPaul is a great guy and provides a personal service you don't often get these days. He supplies boxes of chunks, blending his oak and cherry together makes for some great BBQ.
