Does anyone use a pressure sprayer?

Seen these being used on youtube and was wandering does anyone use it? For a few quid it seems like a handy tool

I use one, usually with Apple Juice and spray every hour. I got mine for £1.99 from B and M stores

seems like a quick tool which will minimize heat loss.

Yep, I have had a few, they seem so do a job although now I only spritz with apple juice at the very end as too much caramelization can give me an undesired look and taste.

I also spritz sausages on a standard BBQ as that makes a big difference to both taste and appearance, but again at the end.

There was a trend with a lot of teams at the Royal last year to spritz with water during the cook then apple to finish.

Yip, those ones in the youtube vid look abit like mahogany varnish if I'm honest :lol:

would the pressure in your water tap be sufficient? flavouring could be added,

ever think about a drip feed method as used in greenhouses? (this might clog up too)
