Insurance for Trailer Smokers, theft / liability etc

Hi All,
Can anyone recommend who to use for insurance (theft etc) for commercial smoker Trailers and also for personal liability insurance as a mobile catering trader? Just finishing plans for starting our mobile business and ordering equipment.

I used the brokers via my NCASS membership, got a very good deal in comparison to other premiums I was quoted.

Worth looking at membership if you're not already a member.
