My first real post here in the forum....I confess I am a little nervous
It is one of my favorite chicken recipes.
I season the bird with salt, garlic, fresh ginger and sweet chili sauce.
If you want to bring the heat to a higher level add chipotle or any chilipowder you like.
let it chill for a few hours.
first step is to give the breast grillmarks over direct heat.
I grill my pinapple peals on the inside before I put the chicken on.
Then put the meat on the peals and let it "smoke" for about 45 minutes until tender.
