Not sure if this goes here, or even if the vegie wierdo section is ever going to get looked at!
Ironically, I've bought so much meat I've had to 'clean out' my freezer to make room for it all and as a total chilli pepper addict I have hundreds of peppers in the freezer that I've had to use to make room for meat.
When I say 'use', I figured the best way was to make chilli powder and thought i would make a running post on the process, successful or not.
I started chopping and de-seeding. I grow dozens of varieties each year and freeze what I don't use.

Orange Habanaro
Fryers Hat
