Hi all....
Is there anyone here who can do a real US style BBQ that would cater for approx 80 people?
The event would be held in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, and would be a lunch time event for the company I work for.

We do a brisket JUST for Chilli (and maybe a few nibbles after the cook!
