Hi all....

Is there anyone here who can do a real US style BBQ that would cater for approx 80 people?
The event would be held in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, and would be a lunch time event for the company I work for.

IMHO - Comps - yes, cos it can be the difference between 1st and 4th, so worth the effort - at home........ no, save your time to drink beer!

We do a brisket JUST for Chilli (and maybe a few nibbles after the cook! ) - MAZIN flavour, and takes ya chilli to a whole new level!
