I've made this bbq sauce a few times and it is really rather good..
It is called soo-wee sauce - don't know why..
250ml (8 fl oz) apple juice
137ml (4.5fl oz) ketchup
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons molasses (i used black treacle)
