I smoked/cooked another supermarket boneless pork shoulder yesterday and used some for my sandwiches today, very nice it is too
I have a huge amount left on the plate in the fridge (even after SWMBO and the kid all had a good pick at it) and i want to use it for tomorrows bbq/party along with some other things like chicken thighs, wings, sausages and burgers (etc, etc).
What i would like to know is-
1, how do you go about re-heating it?
2, what sauce do you use, home made or shop?
3, if home made whats your recipes?
